"Corona Virus Balloons" was an installation marking the symbolic fading of the pandemic. By transforming the once-feared virus into playful, floating toys, this work reclaims power over a period of global anxiety and loss. It is both a satire and a celebration—mocking the grip COVID-19 had on our lives while announcing that we have emerged on the other side. The balloons, light and ephemeral, remind us of resilience, collective endurance, and the human ability to find humor even in hardship.
